What is your role at FHG?
General Manager of Poker.
What is the one thing you are looking forward to the most at the upcoming Main Event?
Player’s reactions to not only the actual event, structure and prize pool, but also the production, entertainment and surprises that will surround the whole three days!
What will be your role over the Main Event weekend?
Ensuring that all of our players are interacting, having fun and ultimately experiencing the best poker orientated affair possible. Also I will be leading the team on the ground to deliver the best Main Event tournament ever!
What is your favourite poker hand?
T, 8 suited (preferably spades or diamonds!

Meet Daniel Milford
What is your role at FHG?
I am the FHG Events & Player Manager - this role is to oversee and coordinate all APL & 888PL Special Events. In addition the role is responsible for managing the primary player communications through social media and the websites.
What is the one thing you are looking forward to the most at the upcoming Main Event?
Witnessing players from the two biggest leagues coming together for what will be the biggest Australian field outside the Aussie Millions. Another great milestone for the poker industry in Australia!
What will be your role over the Main Event weekend?
I will manage the events over the weekend and will do my best to ensure that everyone is having a great time! No doubt you will also find me at the ‘Live Reporting’ desk, slotting in a post or two on our social media pages
What is your favourite poker hand?
The winning one!... or A♣ 7♣

SA Poker/Operations Manager.

The atmosphere of the event.

Floor Staff

The one that doesn’t get cracked.

Getting 6 states and two leagues together for a fantastic weekend, with a bit of poker as well.

Standing around listening to bad beats

Q9 Off suit, well, behind aces of course.

Seeing a huge field of 888PL and APL players from all parts of the country battling for BIG cash and prizes!

No role laid out for me yet. But I’m certain one important job will be looking handsome!

Witnessing history in the making as two leagues come together for an action packed weekend of fun and poker of course!
What will be your role over the Main Event weekend?
It's hard to miss my big Afro, so I will more than likely be floating around the casino floor assisting players ("go see the guy with the big afro") and ensuring they are having an excellent time.
